With a more aggressive and sporty design than the original screen, Puig's Z-Racing screen fits perfectly with the R aesthetics of the 2024 Kawasaki ZX-4R/ZX-4RR. It is attached to the bike just like the original screen, remaining the same integrated into the front of the motorcycle.
In addition, thanks to its dimensions slightly larger than the original screen and its shapes obtained with virtual wind tunnel technology, the aerodynamic protection of the rider is improved.
The Z-shaped screen diverts the air, directing it to the sides and preventing it from impacting the helmet and upper part of the rider’s torso. Improving aerodynamic protection and providing a better feeling of comfort and reduction of fatigue without affecting the aerodynamic coefficient of the assembly.
It is available in several colors, clear, light smoked, dark smoked, black and green, so that each rider can find the one that best matches their ZX-4R/ZX-4RR.
Designed and manufactured in Barcelona with the most advanced technologies in the field, it has been developed by Puig's expert team in windshields, benefiting from their extensive experience in the highest competition.
It is made of 3mm thick high-impact acrylic material, providing great resistance, lightness, UV protection and clear visibility through.
It has a 2 mm rounded profile contour for greater safety and complies with the demanding German TUV approval regulations.
With total measurements of 295mm wide by 360mm high, Puig's Z-Racing screen is 60 mm taller than the original Kawasaki screen.
Its assembly is very simple, it can be done in 20 minutes without mechanical knowledge, you just need to follow the assembly instructions. It is recommended to check the tightness of the screws periodically.

The Z-RACING line is based on balancing an agressive stance in accordance to your motorcycle, while keeping comfort and functionality for the rider.
The Z-Racing screens are designed to be more aerodynamically efficient than their stock ones, they are fully tested in the virtual wind tunnel to garantee improvements in the aerodinamic coeficient (Cx) and the aerodynamic protection to the rider. Thanks to its doble height, they deflect the wind that would otherwise hit the helmet and top area of the torso. In the meantime, the side channels pick up air flow and send it sideways with the objective of reducing air pressure from the rider’s shoulders.
The aerodinamic protection improvement is of 12,7% (on average with the upper body up) versus the original model and of 61% in the “racing” position.
Designed and manufactured in Barcelona, with the most advanced technologies, with high impact acrylic of 3mm. We come up with a very strong piece, light, durable and with a rounded edge of 2mm (accomplishing the safety control from the German TÜV). The artificial vision system utilized during the quality control process guarantee that the screens will get to the client in perfect shape.
