Manufactured at Puig's facilities in Barcelona using cutting-edge technologies, it is crafted from high-grade 4mm thick acrylic material, resulting in a lightweight and resilient piece, resistant to both minor impacts and scratches. It incorporates 4mm rounded edges for increased rider safety and better finishing. Complies with the stringent regulations of the German TUV.
Features discreet 2mm metal brackets with a textured black anti-corrosive coating for enhanced durability. To isolate the windshield from vibrations, silent blocks are employed, ensuring excellent stability of the windshield at any engine speed.
The total dimensions of the Touring windshield are 455mm wide by 650mm high, which is 235mm higher than the original windshield.
Easy to install, the user simply needs to screw the brackets following the instructions and then mount the windshield. Installation time is estimated to be around 30 minutes, and it is recommended to periodically check the tightening of the screws.

The assembly of this screen follows a process that can be done without having to ask for a mechanic thanks to its simple and intuitive adaptation. The package also includes the aerodynamic studies that have emerged from comparing the Puig screen with the original in a virtual wind tunnel.
