Reinforcement support

The reinforcement support designed by Puig, suitable for the OEM screen and other brands, provides extraordinary rigidity to the screen.

Designed specifically for the Triumph Tiger Sport 660, thanks to its larger dimensions compared to the original screen and its studied design, it offers more aerodynamic protection without forgetiing about aesthetics, since its modern and aggressive shapes fit perfectly with the sharp lines of the English Trail.

Its upper part without edges allows optimal visibility and view through. While the central vent serves to dilute turbulence, equalizing air pressure at the front and back of the visor, this way the airflow is as clean as possible, creating less noise and rider fatigue. 

With the installation of the Puig touring screen, the aerodynamic protection is improved by an average of 80% compared to the original screen. The rider supports less kg of air pressure, especially in the upper area of the torso and head, which has an impact on greater riding comfort. Ideal for taking advantage of the road side of this versatile asphalt Trail.

It is available in clear, light smoked and dark smoked colors to be able to choose the one that best matches the decoration of the Triumph Tiger Sport 660 2022.

Manufactured at the Puig facilities in Barcelona, it is made of resistant, high-quality 4 mm thick CN acrylic material.

It incorporates 4 mm rounded edges for greater pilot safety and a better finish. It complies with the demanding regulations of the German TUV.

It includes a "V" support made of aluminum that provides rigidity to reinforce the original Triumph mechanism that allows the screen to be manually positioned in various positions.

Measuring an overall 660mm high by 440mm wide, the Puig Touring screen is 110mm taller than the original Triumph screen.

It is very easily assembled in 25 minutes and without mechanical knowledge, following the assembly instructions that are supplied on paper and can be consulted online.

Touring screens, developed by Puig in Barcelona, are designed with the objective to aerodynamically protect the rider without affecting his/her field vision. In addition, these screens fit perfectly with the adventure style and aesthetics of the trail models thanks to their wide range of colors and different sizes. 

These Touring screens are manufactured using the most advanced technologies, using 4mm thick acrylic material, with UV protection and with a 2mm rounded edge. This finish gives it a more elegant touch and offers greater security, fulfilling with the regulations of the German TÜV.

The assembly of this screen follows a process that can be done without having to ask for a mechanic thanks to its simple and intuitive adaptation. The package also includes the aerodynamic studies that have emerged from comparing the Puig screen with the original in a virtual wind tunnel.
