Inspired by windshields used in MotoGP and WorldSBK championships, the R-Racer windshield maintains the original shape but increases the height to improve rider aerodynamics while providing an attractive sporty and personalized look to your Kawasaki ZX-6R Ninja’23.

Developed with virtual wind tunnel technology to achieve the best aerodynamic coefficient (Cx), and thanks to its increased height, effectively deflects wind that would impact the rider's helmet and shoulders, enhancing riding comfort and reducing fatigue, especially on circuit straights where high speeds are reached.

The R-Racer windshield is available in transparent, light smoke, dark smoke, gloss black, and matte black, allowing you to choose the one that best complements your Ninja. 

Designed and manufactured at Puig's facilities located next to the Circuit de Catalunya - Barcelona, ​​using the most advanced technologies in the field and benefiting from extensive experience in high competition.

Made of 3mm thick high-impact acrylic material, ensuring a lightweight piece with high resistance to possible impacts and scratches, as well as providing perfect transparency when looking through it. The 2mm contour of the windshield is rounded to increase rider safety, complying with the most demanding European homologation regulations.

With dimensions of 345mm wide by 338mm high. Puig's R-Racer windshield is 55mm taller than the original windshield of the Kawasaki ZX-6R Ninja’23. 

Its installation is very simple, it can be done in 15 minutes without the need for mechanical knowledge.

The line of screens R-Racer is the product of Puig’s long experience in competition, working with the best teams from MotoGP: Repsol Honda Team and also WorldSBK: Kawasaki Racing Team, to develop the best screens for your sports motorcycle.

The R-Racer screens are designed for you to have a perfect vision through and to be more aerodinamically efficient than the stock screens, they are tested in a virtual wind tunnel to improve the aerodynamic coeficient (Cx) and thanks to their taller height, it deflects the wind that otherwise would hit the rider’s helmet and shoulders.

Designed and manufactured in Barcelona, with the most advanced technologies, with high impact acrylic of 3mm, we come up with a very strong piece, light, durable and with a rounded edge of 2mm (accomplishing thesafety control from the German TÜV). The artificial vision system utilized during the quality control process guarantees that the screens will get to the client in perfect shape.

Instalation of the screen doesn’t require aditional parts like trims and every screen comes with an in depth aerodynamic study that indicates the improvement in performance as well as the protection to the rider.
