Specifically designed for the Honda CBR600RR’24, it is inspired by MotoGP and WorldSBK competition windshields, providing a more Racing and personalized look, while improving aerodynamic protection.

The R-Racer windshield integrates perfectly into the front of the motorcycle, maintaining the original windshield's shapes but with greater height. Together with its carefully designed forms developed with virtual wind tunnel technology, it improves the aerodynamic coefficient (Cx).

This effectively deflects the wind that would impact the rider's helmet and shoulders, resulting in increased comfort during riding and reduced fatigue, especially on straight sections of the circuit where high speeds are reached.

It is available in various colors: clear, light smoke, dark smoke, glossy black, and red, allowing you to choose the one that best complements your CBR600RR’24. 

Designed and manufactured at Puig's facilities located next to the Circuit de Catalunya - Barcelona, using the most advanced technologies in the field and benefiting from extensive experience in high competition.

Made of 3mm thick high-impact acrylic material, resulting in a lightweight piece with high resistance to possible impacts and scratches. Additionally, it provides perfect transparency for a clear view.

The 2mm contour of the windshield is rounded to increase rider safety, complying with the most demanding European homologation regulations. With dimensions of 275mm wide by 275mm high, the Puig R-Racer windshield is 55mm taller than the original windshield of the Honda CBR600RR’24. 

 

Its assembly is very simple and can be done in 15 minutes without requiring mechanical knowledge or specialized workshop tools.

The line of screens R-Racer is the product of Puig’s long experience in competition, working with the best teams from MotoGP: Repsol Honda Team and also WorldSBK: Kawasaki Racing Team, to develop the best screens for your sports motorcycle.

The R-Racer screens are designed for you to have a perfect vision through and to be more aerodinamically efficient than the stock screens, they are tested in a virtual wind tunnel to improve the aerodynamic coeficient (Cx) and thanks to their taller height, it deflects the wind that otherwise would hit the rider’s helmet and shoulders.

Designed and manufactured in Barcelona, with the most advanced technologies, with high impact acrylic of 3mm, we come up with a very strong piece, light, durable and with a rounded edge of 2mm (accomplishing thesafety control from the German TÜV). The artificial vision system utilized during the quality control process guarantees that the screens will get to the client in perfect shape.

Instalation of the screen doesn’t require aditional parts like trims and every screen comes with an in depth aerodynamic study that indicates the improvement in performance as well as the protection to the rider.
