Australia and Barcelona radiate joy and hope in the early races of the WSBK

The first races of the season bring great hopes for the teams sponsored by Puig throughout the championship.

As we anticipated a few weeks ago, Kawasaki Racing Team's rider, Alex Lowes (#22), clinched victory in the season's first race in Australia. This initial podium finish in the SuperBike category marked a significant starting point for the Briton as it placed him at the top of the championship standings.

In the second round, this time at Montmeló, all three teams sponsored by Puig had their moment of glory: in the SuperBike category, the Kawasaki ZX-10RR rider finished fifth after a challenging race against Barcelona's circuit. According to Lowes via Instagram, "Sometimes you learn more from grinding out a tough one than winning."

Daniel Mogeda (#88) of Team #109 Racing in the WorldSSP300 category finished in fourth place. Despite being involved in a spectacular accident the day before, Mogeda showed he was ready to fight for the championship.

Lucas Mahias (#94) of Yamaha GMT94 team, and the champion of the same category in 2017, managed to finish among the top three in the WorldSSP. After an exhilarating race, he secured the third spot on the podium, accompanied by cheers from the Yamaha GMT94 team and the crowd.

In two weeks, we will see what the championship holds for all the teams in Assen, Netherlands. One thing is for sure, the excitement will continue to be palpable for both the riders and the spectators.
