Derived directly from high competition, the brake cooler improves braking performance in sports riding.
Developed as a result of Puig's experience in the highest competition such as the MotoGP World Championship and WorldSBK, in which he sponsors and collaborates with leading teams such as the Repsol Honda HRC and the Kawasaki Racing Team.
With its installation, better cooling of the front braking system is obtained, thanks to the fact that the "brake Cooler" cleanly channels direct air to the discs, calipers and brake pads, thus avoiding overheating of this system and possible failures when braking. This is very important when riding on the track, where the high performance of sports bikes puts the braking system to the limit, which, by working constantly, has to withstand very high temperatures, even more so in the hot months.
In addition, its studied design provides a more sporty and personalized aesthetic, eliminates turbulence and increases the stability of the front wheel by creating a partial lenticular cover that favors the motorcycle's aerodynamics at high speeds.
It is made up of two pieces of high-quality ABS plastic that channel and compact the air to redirect it directly onto the brake pads and discs, and have a larger intake mouth than the competition, managing to reduce the temperature by ten degrees on average. avoiding overheating and guaranteeing optimal functioning of the braking system.
