The manufacturer of motocross, enduro and supermoto motorcycles, owned since the beginning of 2013 by KTM AG (owner of the KTM and Husaberg brands), began production in 1903 in Huskvarna, Sweden, as a subsidiary of the Husqvarna arms company, which supplied rifles to the Swedish army since 1689. Between July 2007 and January 2013 it was a subsidiary of BMW.
Some of its best known models are the TE, the FE, the FC or the TC.
