The front spoiler for the Yamaha MT-10 22'- has been developed thanks to Puig's experience in top competition, taking into account the latest aerodynamic evolutions.
The shapes of the spoiler provide volume and a more balanced aesthetic to the front of the MT-10 while improving dynamic behavior by channeling the air that impacts against the front of the motorcycle, generating a load of 4 kg of downforce in the front wheel.
In this way, more stability is obtained at high speeds, avoiding the dreaded shimmies, more stability is achieved in the front wheel when braking and greater stability when changing direction. It also prevents the front wheel from rising during strong acceleration, anti-wheelie effect. Which is always appreciated on a high-performance motorcycle like the Yamaha MT-10.
Designed and manufactured in Barcelona following the latest aerodynamic evolutions in MotoGP and SBK, to transfer all this technology to street bikes, including high-performance naked bikes like the Yamaha MT-10 22'-.
It is made up of two pieces with inclined and sharp surfaces, made of light and resistant high-impact acrylic material. These pieces are fixed to the motorcycle by means of a set of 3mm thick metal supports with an elegant and discreet anti-corrosion coating in textured black.
The measurements of each piece are: 210 mm wide by 105 mm high.
Its installation is very simple, it does not affect any critical area of the motorcycle, and it can be done in 20 minutes without having any mechanical knowledge.
