Team Laglisse was founded in 1984 by Jaime Fernández Avilés, who took on multiple roles to drive the team in competitions. During the 1990s, it consolidated its position by supporting young riders and achieving success in regional championships, establishing a key collaboration with Yamaha. In 2001, they made the leap to international competitions, becoming a reference in the FIM CEV Repsol. Currently, the team remains focused on developing new talents, acting as a breeding ground for future motorcycle racing champions, with the support of technical sponsors.
In 2024, they won both titles in the ESBK categories, with Unai Orradre in Superbike and Edu Montero in Superstock 1000, and in the Junior GP Championship with the young Álvaro Carpe.
