Practical and discreet, the new Puig exhaust protector is suitable for all types of exhaust systems
Puig's new exhaust protector stands out for its practical and discreet design, as it safeguards one of the most exposed parts of our motorcycles in the event of a fall, the exhaust pipe, which incurs a high economic cost. Importantly, it does so without altering the motorcycle's aesthetics.
It consists of a stainless steel clamp with silicone supports capable of withstanding the high temperatures of the exhaust pipe. Additionally, there are polyamide rollers on the outer part that absorb impact in the event of a fall, resisting the sliding of the protector against the ground. This prevents damage to the exhaust caused by direct impact and abrasion.
It is universal, suitable for a wide variety of motorcycles with reference 21728N. It can be mounted as a clamp around any exhaust pipe, regardless of its shape, as long as the silencer has a length between 170mm and 600mm.
Puig offers replacement polyamide rollers to replace them in case of wear due to abrasion from a fall.
