The new Puig Touring screen for the Ducati Multistada V4 2021 is a screen with a refined design and studied aerodynamically to effectively protect the rider during the route without altering the elegant design of the Italian manufacturer's motorcycle model.
The piece is available in black, clear, smoked and light smoked finishes, adapting perfectly to the aesthetic line of the motorcycle.
Entirely designed in Barcelona under the latest technology, the piece is made of high quality 4mm thick acrylic material, showing iron and UV resistance.
Its rounded edges guarantee maximum safety, complying with the most demanding European safety regulations. It has a German TÜV approval certificate.
The measurements of the piece are 430mm wide x 630mm high, and its light and resistant 3mm metal supports hold the piece firmly and compactly.
The assembly of the part is a simple and fast task, which can be done in 20 minutes and without affecting critical parts of the motorcycle. It can be done without the need for advanced mechanical knowledge, thanks to the instruction booklet (in paper or online format) that is served together with the piece.
Its V-shape deflects air to the sides of the bike, directing gusts away from the rider and cutting through the wind cleanly, providing the best CX (drag coefficient). The two metal supports that make up the piece separate the screen from the motorcycle, allowing it to grow in width without colliding with the handguards, for greater protection of the area of the hands, forearms and shoulders.
Along with the piece, Puig serves an intuitive assembly instructions booklet, as well as the aerodynamic study carried out.
