Puig has created our new line of products dedicated to the protection of the main headlight of the motorcycle from possible objects or insects that impact against it. It is a protection made of high impact methacrylate that will perfectly protect our headlight. The steel supports are painted with EPOXI paint, in black, to preserve the original aesthetics of the motorcycle to the maximum.

Protect the headlight of your BMW F900XR and improve its aerodynamics thanks to the Puig Hi-Tech Parts protector. This product has been designed to interfere as little as possible with the original design of the motorcycle, hence its minimalist and almost invisible finish.

In addition, its ergonomics improves air flow towards the sides of the rider, thus minimizing the air pressure that impacts on him. Thanks to its mounting system, which only requires six small screws, you can quickly assemble and disassemble it to clean it both inside and outside. During its development, it was very important that the protector did not affect or diminish the beam of light.

The headlight protector for BMW F900XR has been developed by the technical team of Puig Hi-Tech Parts, following its quality and production standards in Barcelona. High quality 3 mm thick polycarbonate has been used, with special anti-scratch treatment and highly resistant to UV rays. The metal supports used are high-strength and lightweight, with a textured matte black finish that prevents corrosion over time. The measurements of the set, with support and protector included, are 386 millimeters wide by 105 millimeters high.

You can assemble this headlight protector yourself in just 15 minutes. It is a very easy action, since it is done through four high-strength and light metal supports, anchored to the motorcycle. Then, with 3 small screws you fix the polycarbonate to the supports. A process that is detailed in the instructions so that you do not need mechanical knowledge to complete its assemble.
